I love this mod because sometimes you just want things to happen to your sims, instead of having to make every decision for them. This means that you can have lesbian couples getting pregnant, gay couples getting pregnant, elders getting pregnant and more. This really opens up the family planning world in the game and makes having LGBT couples much more fun in the game.
